The rules

BOTMARKET is a marketplace for Grok bot templates: x.ai share links paired with the full spec text behind them. Sellers (Grokkers) list templates, buyers (Botheads) purchase or save them. We host the listings and the specs; the bots themselves run on x.ai, which we do not operate or control.

You sign in with your X account. You are responsible for what your account does. You must have the rights to anything you publish, and listing a template you copied from someone else is grounds for removal.

A template is a digital good that reveals its full spec text the moment you buy it. Because the product is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the spec has been revealed. Check the description, the spec preview, the seller, and the reviews before buying.

If a share link later goes down, that is not a defect: your purchase includes the stored spec text, which keeps working (see link-death protection).

Paid templates are processed by Whop. BOTMARKET charges an 8% platform fee on each sale, and Whop charges its own payment processing fees on top; the remainder goes to the seller through Whop's payout system. Listing is free. Fees may change with notice; changes never apply retroactively to completed sales.

Templates and specs must not contain or promote:

• secrets of any kind: API keys, passwords, tokens, private keys, or other credentials (submissions are scanned, and hits are rejected)
• scams, deceptive claims, or get-rich-quick schemes
• impersonation of people, brands, or other sellers
• illegal content or instructions for illegal activity
• malware, phishing, or anything built to harm users or systems

Every listing passes human review before going live, and anything that slips through can be reported from its listing page.

We can reject, delist, or remove any listing and suspend or terminate any account for abuse, prohibited content, fraud, or attempts to game the marketplace (fake sales, vote rings, review manipulation). Buyers keep access to specs they already purchased even if the listing is later delisted.

Templates are sold as-is by their sellers. BOTMARKET does not guarantee that a bot fits your purpose, produces correct output, or keeps working as x.ai changes. Reviews and sales counts are signals, not promises. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BOTMARKET is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of a template.

Payments, refund exceptions, and chargebacks are handled through Whop, the payment processor of record. If you believe a charge is wrong, raise it with Whop through your purchase receipt; we will cooperate with their process.

We may update these terms as the marketplace evolves. The date above moves when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

Problems with a specific listing: use the report button on that listing, it goes straight to the mods. Payment issues: Whop support. Everything else: the team reads its X mentions.
